In a wonderful story, Your Child opened a little clinic for talking animals. The door was bright, and every visitor had a place.
Wearing a white coat, Your Child arranged the little desk and stethoscope. “Who will visit me today?” asked the smiling animal doctor.
Tultul the rabbit arrived with an uncomfortable ear. Your Child listened gently until Tultul said, “I am not so scared now.”
A little bear had bumped a knee while playing. Your Child gave it a starry bandage, and the bear admired every tiny star.
Mini the cat had lost her clear singing voice. Your Child made her comfortable while Mini dreamed of singing again.
Tuktuk the parrot arrived with a sneeze and a drooping smile. Your Child listened to the colourful visitor and offered a cosy perch.
Heavy footsteps came from outside. Gublu the elephant calf could not fit through the little door, so Your Child thought of a new plan.
Your Child spread a big mat on the veranda and listened to Gublu's sore-trunk story. “There is room for me too!” said the happy calf.
Jhilik the fawn arrived with a tiny scratch. In the dream clinic, Your Child cared for it, and Jhilik's worried face brightened.
Dhiru the tortoise hid inside his shell. “I will explain first, and you may ask questions,” Your Child told him kindly.
Dhiru slowly peeked out and agreed to the pretend check-up. Afterwards, he laughed, “I did it!”
More animal friends gathered in the waiting room. Your Child called each name and shared picture books while they waited.
A squirrel said that Chiku was too unwell to come. Your Child took the storybook care bag and followed through the flower garden.
At Chiku's home, Your Child sat and listened. “You came all this way for me!” said the grateful squirrel.
A flower garland hung at the clinic door when Your Child returned. The animal friends had made a card full of thanks.
Your Child put the card on the tidy desk. “See you tomorrow, my dear friends,” said the little animal doctor as the story day ended.
