Your Child stepped through a rainbow gate into a cloud-soft valley. A little unicorn named Misti came running to meet the visitor.
The flowers had turned pale, and the sky bridge had lost its glow. Misti showed Your Child an empty colour fountain.
A garden note said the fountain needed red, yellow and blue magic drops. Your Child and Misti began along the broad meadow path.
They found the red drop inside a giant rose. It opened when Your Child gently helped straighten its fallen support.
Misti slowed down after the first hill. Your Child noticed and suggested a rest beneath a shady tree.
Misti worried that resting meant being weak. “We can care for you and the valley,” said Your Child, sharing a peaceful pause.
Rested, they reached a meadow of sleepy sunflowers. Misti's soft song woke one flower holding the yellow drop.
Fog covered the next path's sign. Your Child compared the visible stones with the map before choosing a route.
Beside a calm pool, they found the blue drop in a floating magic bowl. Misti called it gently to the bank.
Your Child carried the drops in three small bottles. The fountain's stone picture showed where each colour belonged.
The red and yellow streams met, making magical orange light. Your Child watched a new colour spread across the steps.
Blue joined yellow, then red, and more colours shimmered. The fountain filled with a sparkling rainbow.
Flowers brightened, and the sky bridge glowed again. Misti tossed her mane as the valley woke in colour.
The valley friends cheered for Your Child and Misti. They thanked the flowers, the map maker and everyone who had helped.
Misti gave Your Child a ribbon holding every colour. One soft knot recalled the rest that had helped them continue.
Your Child returned through the rainbow gate. The ribbon brought a little valley colour into the ordinary evening.
